We Don’t Use Third Parties

Delivery and installation is included as part of our service. We are with you from start to finish. Once your new hand-crafted chair or bed has been made we will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that is convenient for you.

We use our own inhouse delivery team which means you never deal with a third party. On the day of delivery, we will set up your new chair or bed and give you a refresher on the controls and any other important areas you might not be fully confident with. As you are dealing with us we will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have on the day.
